I work deepest in three kinds of businesses I know from the inside: owners running two or more locations, veterinary practices, and food businesses. I spent 35 years as a business owner before I focused on marketing, so I understand how a business actually runs, not just the ads. A workshop is a live, 60-minute working session. You do not sit and watch slides. You bring your business and we build the thing together, so you and your team leave with it set up and running, not just a list of ideas. I run them in person at locations around King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

It is making sure your business shows up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI, or Perplexity for a recommendation. More people ask AI who they should use instead of scrolling search results. If your business is not set up to be found there, you are invisible in that conversation. I help you fix that.
